Owners Registration Form

Cal's Mountain Retreats charges for short term holiday lets are 20% of the rental received.
This amount is payable by the owner once occupation has taken place.
Alternatively we will hold a non refundable deposit of 20% from the tenant as booking confirmation.
For long term lets of over 3 months, we charge 1/2 a month to the owner and 1/2 a month to the tenent.
There are no upfront fees.

Notes on Taxation in Spain for non residents. 
All non-residents who are making money by renting out their Spanish property 
are subject to tax on this income arising in Spain. 
They are required to declare their Spanish income on Form 210. 
They are supposed to declare within 30 days of receiving the income, 
but they can apply to make declarations quarterly to save paperwork.
Such non-residents income is taxed at the flat rate of 25%.
